    Does any one have issues with a company called OneCall Direct on Insurance matters?

    If so could you post it here in brief. Issues appear to be surrounding Admin Fees to change details on car insurances and lack of customer service.

    A friend of mine had a great deal of trouble with OneCall. Abusive and threatening call centre staff, products that turned out to be not as they appeared, expensive add-on extras, and so on.

    Avoid at all costs.
