Spoke to CAB this morning and they confirmed 14 days from physical delivery. Asked if I could prove and repeated what I said here , he said I shouldn't have a problem.
Also Whatsapped the letter this morning , which I can now see has been viewed.
Just awaiting a call from them now , will give couple of hours for them to research , then ring them myself.
      Feeling nervous tho.

I've had verbal acknowledgement of email letter being read by a member of the staff.
I logged time of call and name .
Is that ok / enough to get ball rolling?

Just to add they still have the car since picking it up to check it this week. On Monday I cancelled my insurance on it so i could reinsure my old vehicle. Is the car covered by them while they have it?

I'm struggling with your use of TLAs. What is ccr?

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

I'm assuming Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional charges) Regulations 2013.

So The Donut you write telling them you are not cancelling because of faults but because you are taking advantage of your rights under the regulations to change your mind within the 14 day cooling off period and could they please refund your money within 30 days.
However depending on what you wrote to them earlier you might need to amend that!

Don't forget you need to advise DVLA that you are no longer the keeper of said vehicle

And if that is right, how do you "do ccr"?

                              Why not both?
