Setmefree3 they were very helpful. It is classed as theft & because the policeman friend is possibly involved they are looking into involving another county's force. I was told tho that they would call me back in 45 mins but still waiting I've got another friend I'm trying to deal with atm who's in crisis so haven't had a chance to call them back for the crime ref number. I know lol im a sucker for people in need lol

I would suggest that you subject access request your constabulary for all information that they retain on you.

Setmefree3 I've now been given a ref number, told it is under investigation & will be contacted in 3-5 days with more info about what's happening. Is it worth waiting until then to find out what has been said about me or should I ask now? How do I go about it please? Thanks

Wait to see what they come back with, now it is under investigation. Hopefully they will have a lot more information for you to look at, and at the same time put your mind at rest concerning the doubts that you have about the integrity of one of its officers.
