Re: Nattie has been dismissed for Gross Misconduct

There is a vacancy at the FSA according to Jimmy Crosby
The charges coming in to the banking industry every day will more than pay the banks total legal bill for the whole test case so why wouldn’t the Banks want to "ensure Justice at the highest level"

              Nattie,

I have followed you with Awe,(and some times with frustration LOL), your help with bank charges. I really am at loss to say much more, than that the bank has lost a dedicated, moral servant. We all wish there were more people like you in industry today. I personally wish you all the best, and if I can be of help, in helping you to gain future employment, or you are in need of financial help, please contact me by PM.

              This has really sadended me.

                hi natwest

the testimonials here speak volumes for your character. if the damn bank had any sense theyd promote you!!! they would gain a small measure of credibility if they did.

all the best in whatever you choose to do now.

I think the fact they dismissed you speaks volumes.

                      Nattie,

I have been following your contributions since CAG. My personal view is that your conduct on the various fora reflected well on RBS and it is their mistake & loss to dismiss you.

So thank you for your contributions and best wishes for the future.

I have not been a member of this site for long, but since joining I have learnt a lot about various issues and have really valued the information that you have provided on a variety of topics.

As has been said previously, I for one will be churning as I can not stay with an organisation which rewards honesty in the way you have been dealt with.

Best of luck for the future

                            Natty

I was gonna try to be funny and start with a comment about not liking you, but then thought better of it.

In truth i have rarely had a chance to talk directly to you and although we have disagreed on some issues and i am sure we agreed on other things.

However, I think we should all recognise the risks you took on a personal level and I for one thank you for the support you have given the campaign, particularly those who have been affected by your former employers directly.

I know i have spoken to other bank employees in the past typically about data protection issues and for their own reasons have taken a different line to you.

I sincerely hope that you find something that suits you in employment terms and that it works for you and your family.

thanks for the support in the past,

                            regards

                            Glenn

I guess this had to happen eventually, Nattie, but it is still a shock, nevertheless. I cannot add to the comments made by others here, except by agreeing with every one. It was a pleasure to have met you personally once, and for that reason, the sadness I feel for you is just a little more real.

I always remember the Harper Lee quote SarahPP used once, in a galaxy far, far away...

"...before I can live with other folks I've got to live with myself. The one thing that doesn't abide by majority rule is a person's conscience." ~To Kill a Mockingbird, spoken by the character Atticus.

And to the fat-cats & squawking jays at RBS:-

"Shoot all the blue jays you want, if you can hit them, but remember it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird."
