I have not read the headline as there are always juicy headlines but really omit salient facts. You would barely get £800,000 compensation if someone ran you over using their car with the effect that you were left paralysed for life but still alive, requiring around the clock medical care. Sexual harassment - they're still alive and able-bodied, able to get another good job.

She earned £99k per annum previously, so unfair dismissal and the failure of the NHS to acknowledge her complaint.... it seems quite a valid award. It was back in August(I believe) and its back in the news as the NHS has issued a statement ( better late than never I suppose ) It doesn't appear she has worked since - probably due to the massive effect it has had on her self confidence.
