I think it's because of the prominent call centre industry in the town.

And the Princess House office address is notorious for being used by a long succession of rogue CMCs.

Ahhh, the Welsh government had this theory that they had lots of cheap staff and could attract the big call centres to Wales, instead of outsourcing to India.... so to re-generate Wales there are hefty grants for those setting up call centres and employing cheap staff ......
