Shame they don't publish the uphold rates or complaints per firm like FOS.

They've not redacted the name of the complainant in case study 10.

Looks like the LEO have gotten around to putting the infographic and 3 case studies into a fancy pants brochure.... maybe they took on board that their original ''report'' wasn't really good enough. Covers the same data and timespan as that published in September.
