    "The Supreme Court has confirmed that in the absence of a financial order at the time of divorce, it remains open to either spouse to bring a subsequent financial claim even if many years have passed since,"
    just goes to show ... if you are going to divorce, you need a 100% break. Never leave anything to chance!
    Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.
