Ok today I received an e mail from Amanda Kirkman apologising for not sending me my £95 awarded to me by the judge as they had not received notification from the courts. To which I replied that should I not receive it by Saturday 16th May, I would contact the court sheriff's dept on Monday 18th and persue them for my award and any incurred costs by those means.
Whilst out this afternoon I received a text from 07786200351(previously used in correspondence to me by Charles mercer) acknowledging that I did not want to be contacted by them , but they would continue to attempt to contact me by text, e mail or post until I settle the £164.10 I owe them ???????? FOR WHAT ???? This time.
I then came home to a reply from my above e mail asking why I was threatening them with the sheriff's as they had apologised !!!!!
now I need some advice here, I feel I am being harassed and do not know if this is a criminal offence ???? I feel I have done everything in my power to prove my innocence by going through the court system only to be harassed and asked to pay another nonsensical amount of money for what?????

Ok just rewinding a bit, did 'Amanda' contact you first about not receiving the court order or was it in response to something that you sent her?

It will be an automated message so don't take it too personally.

As for the £95 deadline, stick to it and carry out your threats of using the Sheriffs if RH does not meet the time scales. Like Amanda Kirkman, Charles Mercer does not exist.

Not very professional of them to use a mobile number as a customer contact number, its pretty easy to buy an 0800 or other 08 number and set up call forwarding so the call is directed to the business mobile. Guess they don't have much of an office if they rely on their mobiles.

As for harassment, well you have the ferguson v British gas trading case law, which makes it clear its unlawful for a company to harass a person for moneys not owed, even if it is an automated process!

Ohh you can tell they are amatuers - Can you spot the mistake?

thanks all, I have received an e mail this morning saying cheque was sent out yesterday. I have decided to wait until I get hassled for more money before I report them to the police.
Really want to wish everyone due to go to court against these people strength and victory .:beagle:
