    Problem with having a specified leeway period, is then eventually everyone expects 10 minutes longer than their ticket says, and people will return at 11/12 minutes to tickets and complain....

            I've not gone in to it in any detail. I just assumed 10 minute leeway was everything. I try not to visit the wrong side of the wall
