    Isn't it strange that they consider a couple of cases 'lost' on the opinion of 1 judge and not the thousand upon thousand of cases that have been 'won' because the banks know they don't have a leg to stand on??

    If the banks are going to appear in court now, they are going to choose their court and their case very carefully in the hope they win and set a precedent, lets hope someone can push them into one of the more 'sensible' courts first!!
