          The film crew must have been totally pie-eyed or on something when they wrote and filmed that video.

          I see the government is using the same tired old "it will save the taxpayer money" con to justify the change. When are they are going to realise that chestnut has become so thin, people can see right through it. If the government think they can continue and get away with the clamping and crushing orgy they have been on, they need to think again. The only vehicles that should go to the crusher are the ANPR vans DVLA and H.M. Government have allowed the likes of Capita/VEAS, NCP and NSL to use to extort money from motorists even when DVLA and their henchmen are in the wrong.

            Well we used to get a nice new paper disc for our money.
            Now all we get is the remnants of sticky tape, where it used to be.........
