Natalie Ceeney did ok.... (I realise that's a matter of opinion) though she's gone off to improve customer standards at HSBC now.
FOS have had rather a manic few years. Did Caroline say 24 months? in the video for PPI resolution now? blimey...that needs to be her first job.
FCA should be fiercer about pro-activ refunds though really so not all FOS's fault they are snowed under.
