I am all for paperless billing if they will send you out a bill on paper if you request it.

Ie. if your pc goes down, or you just forget to log on, or their system is constantly down etc etc etc

The ones that refuse to send paperbills out to you when you request them just because you are on some 'paperless billing' system - well they would get my goat and I would switch.

I dont like paperlees billing, beacuse unless the always go online to check it, if they notify you, you may miss things.

Out of boredom the other week i went through all my Sky bills online and found out that they had billed me twice for my broadband, once at my normal rate and then again at super high rate.
This confused me as they were crediting me cos they didnt provide the service over that period as well.

i will do a thread on this when i get chance,

Oh yes - my electric used to be paperless - trouble is anytime there was a problem bits and bobs would just vanish and change on the ebilling pages and usually to suit them. So I only had to print everything out anyway.
