    Oddly Barclays did away with paid and unpaid transaction fees in their recent shuffle up of overdraft costs (for which there is a petition about if you fancy signing it - Barclays Bank: Stop charging these crippling overdraft fees http://www.change.org/en-GB/petition...iter=22160429&
