    Natwest banker Gary Mulgrew has lodged a desperate appeal for clemency from American authorities who prosecuted him for fraud - to enable him to launch an international hunt for his missing daughter. His lawyers have filed papers in Houston, Texas, begging for him to be allowed to return temporarily to the UK

    wouldnt his lawyers be better off looking for his daughter than trying to get him out of prison ?
