I have managed to obtain a declaration pursuant to s142(1) CCA that the "Barclaycard" credit agreement underpinning the Claim brought by a DCA was irredeemably unenforceable
I am not aware of any BC agreements actually being declared UE from the case law searches and contacts i have so its a pretty good landmark ruling tooI work for Roach Pittis Solicitors.
