    maybe its time for another "Harrison v Link" but this time with Payday loans

    There is another low profile high impact High Court case on the go at the moment, this time with Blemain Finance

    All that can be said at this stage

    In other news

    I have managed to obtain a declaration pursuant to s142(1) CCA that the "Barclaycard" credit agreement underpinning the Claim brought by a DCA was irredeemably unenforceable

    I am not aware of any BC agreements actually being declared UE from the case law searches and contacts i have so its a pretty good landmark ruling too

      Something needs to be done, as the OFT is a painfully slow moving mechanism...!

        Possibly another 5 year enquiry while these companies run wild? Forgive me for my lack of respect or belief in regulation or assistance for the ordinary person, I hope I'm proved wrong.
