From my experience, their whole slogan "helpful banking" is misleading. :rolleyes2:

My branch opens on Saturdays. There is always a queue of people waiting before the doors open and queues inside right up until closing time. Just shows the demand is there.

I did have the full figures as I commented on this about the RBS/NatWest customer charter.
NatWest have 1640 branches as at June 2010 of which "over 600 open on Saturdays".
I am sure I have the exact figures somewhere in my email inbox but I have no idea where I put it, lol!
