But the question is, is such an act considered gross misconduct in law, and you could say the same with bonuses they don't care they are given even if an investment banker got it wrong to save face.If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

Remember, be careful what you write about work if you have work colleagues on your friend's list on social networking sites. Not everyone is your friend on those sites and some will grass you up on the slightest whim.
Pompey, she wasn't an investment banker(can you name any investment banker's that pocketed bonuses that they were not entitled to at the time that they received them? I can't). She was off on sick leave, she boasted about the pay off but more importantly she gave out details within the public domain of things that were not already known.
