    At one stage, more reclaim template letters were being downloaded from the internet than pictures of Paris Hilton.

    Tweaking fees so that some pay a little less while others pay much more simply means that an even smaller proportion of customers – usually those most vulnerable or least able to pay – subsidise the free banking of everyone else. This is an intolerable outcome and should not be allowed to continue
