            Shame he didn't hammer home the waiver definitions for hardship consideration and then suggested that anyone who meets any of these criteria should speak to the banks and not take no for an answer.

              Much more constructive and viable than trying to get your stay lifted or writing to Santa.

              I understand that Robert didnt get chance to give more views due to time constraints, but agree with Tanz that he could have pushed home the waiver terms a little more instead of concentrating on the benefits angle. Still, its exposure for the cause so pass on my congrats to him.
