I have no particular words of wisdom here. But if you prefer one nominee to another, then write to the registry asap explaining why, and requesting them to proceed with your preferred choice.

Thanks - I confirmed in writing that they were the preferred IA, and as soon I received the registry email advising to get an IA to make the application in the normal way, I sent the IA estate files to move things on. I want to ensure my conduct has been reasonable and I am not seen as obstructive. I have an enormous sense of relief knowing the IA can act - good governance and STEP credentials.Originally posted by atticus View PostI have no particular words of wisdom here. Hello
I have a question. After a somewhat protracted affair, an independent administrator was nominated and approved by the Registry. They have submitted the application for letters of admin. My questions is, can the caveators obstruct/block now the application has been accepted and is being processed by the probate registry? Thank you.
