    I have no particular words of wisdom here. But if you prefer one nominee to another, then write to the registry asap explaining why, and requesting them to proceed with your preferred choice.

      Thanks - I confirmed in writing that they were the preferred IA, and as soon I received the registry email advising to get an IA to make the application in the normal way, I sent the IA estate files to move things on. I want to ensure my conduct has been reasonable and I am not seen as obstructive. I have an enormous sense of relief knowing the IA can act - good governance and STEP credentials.
