    They say they do not have to pay out until after probate is granted they sold the house via a limited grant and created this memorandum naming us in the bare trust there is nothing left in residue estate

        I suggest that you bump the solicitors into obtaining that counsel's advice.

            Low and behold just got a reply the other solicitor is on holiday for 2 weeks frustrated is not the word

              Now we have been told the other solicitor that has been dealing with the case for 10 months has pulled out because he don't do contentious probate he says another person will be taking over on the 7th august wtf
