It's around here to 3 calls so far, last one I put on a silly accent and claimed I
was " who Flung Duns Chinese chip shop and massage parlour all went very
quiet and the hung up. I think they've taken the number of the list.:jaw:

very very teeny %'age report calls on here - there's hundreds of reports across the usual sites - whocallsme etc. Even if everyone who posts does put in a complaint ( which is unlikely sadly) it would still take months for the MOJ/ICO to take any action.

The MOJ have just fined ROCK LAW over £500k, they operated out of the same call centre in Swansea - http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...light=rock+law

These Falcon & Pointer peeps are quite new to the phone call barrage method so the more people that report the quicker action will be taken and hopefully avoid the issues that resulted in ROCK LAW being given such a hefty fine.

F & P inform me through their marketing director on the phone minutes ago that they get their data from clarityleeds.com, and only use data where permission has been given for marketing calls - definitely not the case here! I am bothering F & P on a regular basis until I get them to admit they are simply cold calling - and have started doing the same to clarityleeds.
F & P initially gave me over the phone their info@ ... email address and assured me my query about their cold calling would be answered. The marketing manager repeated this assurance today saying I would have been answered within 48 hours. My unanswered email was sent 6 days ago. They are clearly unreliable and unbusinesslike.
