      TPS is a joke. It has no effect whatsoever.

      Surely everyone should have a right not to be constantly harassed by claims management charlatans and other cold callers.

      We really need the same tough action as with oayday lenders. Cold call a TPS registered number and get closed down, that would work!

              cold call scam, from "Injury Claim Law" that said their address as 14 Tottenham Court road. Both the company and address are fake. The call spoke using a sound board (high pitched girls voice) the same one they use for there sound board.. as reported on reverse call site

                    caller knew I'd been involved in recent road incident, couldn't make sense of the company name she gave, at which point I twigged and hung up.
                    Does this mean my insurance company gave/sold my mobile number to this company ?

                      I doubt it, they call everyone regardless of whether they have been in an accident or not, and most people are told they have had an accident - they get lucky on occasions and reach someone who has had an accident, and they hope that draws them in to signing up with them for spruious PI claims.

                        1st had automated voice - Hannah asking me questions, then put through to "supervisor" Daniel Smith (with heavy asian accent) Claimed he was not asian, Smith is a common UK name. When asked about his accent, he said he was Italian. Once I started speaking Italian with him, he hung up, dunno why :-) Yet another useless bunch of wasters.

                          1pm Friday June 5th 2015. Spoke to Hannah. Claimed she had been advised that I had had an accident. When I queried her several times, she eventually double checked her records and found she had been mistaken.
