Today out of the blue I received a letter from debt collector saying vodaphone had SOLD my debt to them ! Firstly , this is the first I knew I was in debt ...for a contract finished at least for years ago , ive never had a letter from them and certainly havnt used any of their phones in this time ! ....ive always paid all my household bills and mortgage on time but have noe been black listed , They say I owe them over £700 !
    Any advice appreciated.

    Hi Amethyst,

Thanks for making me aware of this.

So I can get things looked into for the user in question could you ask them to email me with the relevant details via the Contact us form here and quote the code WRT135 - FAO Lee in the subject line?

Once sent they'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to them as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

    Lee
