Need to write a letter to these people to get a refund of insurance premiums paid for the last year as they werent requested and she didnt even know she had insurance (despite it coming out of her bank account by DD every month), phone broke mid last year and 3g had no record of her having any insurance (she didnt realise she had set the contract up with anyone other than 3G)
Have written one letter asking for docs to which they have replied with a freshly printed generic letter dated jan 09 - 'here is your policy documents' etc. which she definately didnt receive but nothing signed whatsoever.
