Have a spat going on with my erstwhile BB/Landline supplier. Have already reported them to OfCom over the service and charges but can I complain to the ICO over the failure to supply the requested DSAR? They completely failed to acknowledge the request in several follow-up letters.

The ICO found in favour of a company you had a contract with and who didn't provide copies of data held about you as an individual following a SAR ?#staysafestayhome

What I should have stated - and do so now in correction - was that OfCom found in favour of EE with regard to the handling of the complaint, accepting, inter alia, that EE was not responsible for the broadband issues, which were somehow applied to BT. A Goodwill Gesture was offered by EE and just to get the whole thing out of the way I accepted it. There was no further communication between myself and the IOC after that.
