          Happy Holidays Lee but I am afraid I must report that the issue of finding out how much call credit is available still appears to be a state secret .

          You clearly do not want her to know how much call credit she has so is there any other way that does not incorporate the internet(or perhaps a small amount) that would tell her the call credit left on the phone?

          In terms of the service that you give Lee, I'm not too disappointed apart from how long it takes to resolve issues

            Apparently it's 2345 from your phone to check credit, but no idea if it works as I use Virgin.
