Having just called to see if I am due a refund, I was told I am.
I will get betwean £27-£28 better than a kick in the teeth. It will take betwean 6-8 weeks but you get a letter which you take to the Post Office with 2 forms of ID and you are paid over the counter.
For anyone that was with NPower In 2007 and have moved house since then give this number a call 0800 975 7938.
You only need your post code from your previous address unless you do infact have your account number.
