Can someone help please. I got a letter from Lowell enclosing a letter from Overdales saying that they are now instructed to deal with the matter relating to utilities (over £100) and a telecoms provider (under £100). As the Consumer Credit Act doesn't provide for me to ask for a copy of the original agreements, do you know if there's any legislation which does? Thank you
