I am in process of defending a CC form in a cpr letter and don't know what to 'Particulars of claim' in the box on the claim form t says... 4540.43 is due from the defendant to the claimant for water service charges and any other charges incurred relating to such, at- MY ADDRESS. For the period (it dose not mention a from date?) to 31/03/2018, full particulars of which have been supplied to the defendant. please help OR should i just re type whats in the box in my CPR 31.14 letter
