How do I turn my jpeg into pdf?

When I scan in, it only works as a jpeg... how do I then change the jpeg into a pdf file to upload onto here? :-/

You can upload jpegs onto here, it doesnt have to be a pdf

IF you need to do a pdf ..... Go to CutePDF - Create PDF for free, Free PDF Utilities, Save PDF Forms, Edit PDF easily. and do the free download.... install the program then go to your jpeg and go to print it - where you select the printer change that to show CUTEPDF and print, save the file and there you are
