by the way,,, he is clever, do you understand why he has done that, and filled out the jeff page, mentioned the papers etc. Hes not just being dilusional, he is doing it for the search terms.

search for jeff p and bps copycat website, am guessing he is trying to stay higher on the page...

Am really starting to admire him, genuinely a shame he has not turned his talent to something useful, i think he would be fairly competent manager. I reckon he would be a good debt collector.

Of course he did have a bash at being a debt collector...

PhonepayPlus received one complaint and was forwarded six further complaints by Consumer Direct in relation to a debt recovery service operating on the premium rate number 0904 1941410

There was no evidence that a debt had ever existed.

agreed he has misused it to collect false debts,

But honestly, what if you gave him a valid book of debts to chase.... collecting debts, you really do have to think on your feet, you hit multiple situations and stumbling blocks, one thing dicky seem to be good at is dealing with problems. 99% of people would have given up when the LB team started on them, same with the newspapers, wheras RH, has tried to alter his op, to avoid problems as the are presented.

am not joking, thats a reasonable management talent.. just a shame he wont try legal stuff

I think hes made a massive mistake to be honest - Attack one journalist and your attacking them all, which will only result in more media attention in the negative light about his shabby business and how he takes those that haven't even enter a contract via not explicitly acknowledging the need to pay for the services, by not clicking on the pay button on the payment page (as required to do so under online consumer contract laws), to court for something they do not owe.

So the more media attention he gets from this, the more aware people will be of his scam - So hes shot himself in the foot as even judges read and watch the news lol.

How he has reacted here is a good example.

lots of publicity coming, and web searches for british passport service .

So, instead of panicking, or ignoring it, he produces a number of pages - on his site, loaded with terms ( jeff The paper, the passport office, pluss, other data )

Thats a clever move, he has turned the bad publicity into a tool, this willl ( i think ) increase his page rank on terms like Passport Etc. So, if 100,000 people read the article, then some click the link to his site, or search for him. Google algorithm thinks the terms passport etc, are accurate for his site ( SEO from incoming search terms ).

IE, although he will receive some bad publicity, this will help his page rank, and increase the likelihood of his page coming higher up if the do a bare search of google for the passport office

I also think he was turning up at court to test the water, sort of thinking on his feet, allowing him to asses the likleyhood of winning different types of claims.

Again, clever move.. he is limiting risk, whilst still leaving the door open for the claims...

He has no doubt made a small fortune through his various misleading and unethical 'businesses'. To say he clearly has some 'skills' or 'talents' is like saying a burglar has a skill/talent for stealth and dexterity; it's essentially admiring a criminal, or criminal activities. Bad, bad idea.

I can actually see where CC is coming from here ... although I think praise is too strong a word for it :lol:
In an ideal world, RH would "give up while the going's good". He's made (at least a bit of) money out of this latest scheme, and he is still free to start over (although I'm personally hoping he doesn't stay that way for too much longer).

I saw this yesterday. I especially love the captions in his biography of Jeff Howard. And all publicity is good publicity. He knows that much.

Frankly, screw law, screw his passport business, he should get a job as a satirical writer. He is genuinely funny. Gotta give him credit for that.

He's still a ****er. Just a funny one!

Unfortunately the useless Advertising Standards Authority aren't accepting complaints about UKS&S or in fact any copycat website at all now.

Am sure Jeff could take action though, as it is misleading to people and am sure Jeff did not consent to his image or name being used in said advertisement which would breach his intellectual rights!
