Also had a similar "notice to appear" address appears to be Hounslow Law Services and the link was barred from downloading.
Wish I could learn how to link them though!

A new one to me, baffled me a little because it was headed just Baker & McKenzie and once upon a time I did some work for them. Obviously in their London office, this seems to refer to the US.
