Also had a similar "notice to appear" address appears to be Hounslow Law Services and the link was barred from downloading.
Wish I could learn how to link them though!
Can do the link below from action fraud but not the e mail!

I received the same message allegedly from K&L Gates, which is ironic since they are supposed to be foremost against spear phishing.
