I had a pension which was transferred out illegally from the Ministry Of Defence pension scheme, I have got my money back through The Sheriffs was just wondering if anyone has transferred pensions through this company Yardstick Marketing, Integra or Pension Matters and has lost there pension money?

GREAT NEWS re the above scheme.

I received an email from Dalriada Trustees that the FCF ( Fraud Compensation Fund) has found them (BRS) guilty of dishonesty and as a result
all members will be compensated and their original pensions restored.

Brilliant so is your money going to be paid back into your pension?

I am not sure as yet. We are expecting an amount to be decided by the FCF. I have been told my pension will be re-invested. Can I make a complaint to the Pension Ombudsman re Ian McPhail?
