I had a pension which was transferred out illegally from the Ministry Of Defence pension scheme, I have got my money back through The Sheriffs was just wondering if anyone has transferred pensions through this company Yardstick Marketing, Integra or Pension Matters and has lost there pension money?

GREAT NEWS re the above scheme.

I received an email from Dalriada Trustees that the FCF ( Fraud Compensation Fund) has found them (BRS) guilty of dishonesty and as a result
all members will be compensated and their original pensions restored.

I am not sure as yet. We are expecting an amount to be decided by the FCF. I have been told my pension will be re-invested. Can I make a complaint to the Pension Ombudsman re Ian McPhail?

Yes you can raise a complaint, against, the company was your pension invested, into DTL UK Ltd, Vela Technologies, Plc,
contact, the pensions ombudsman service, google there number take care.

Hi,

Did you contact Dalriada? I have just been told I will be receiving compensation through the Fraud Compensation Fund in the next few days, my pension is also going to be re-invested in a new pension
provider. If you recovered any money the amount of compensation will be reduced.

As I got my money back through the small claim"s court, they could not do anything, I was a bit unhappy with this, but oh well
I tried have you retired now, and will be taking your pension it was good, you got your pension back , did you also go through the Pension Ombudsman Service?
