I have won my case for PPI and the company I have used for this are telling me that I need to have a life insurance policy or the bank will take hundreds of pounds back of my ppi and I won’t get the full amount. Can anyone give me some advice thanks ?

eh ? I haven't heard that before....and can't actually imagine what difference having life insurance would make to a refund of PPI.... what company have you used to reclaim your PPI for you ?

The loan/card etc that the PPI reclaim was on, does that still have outstanding debt owed ?
