Almost 3 weeks ago I handed my car back under a voluntary termination.
The car was inspected and collected, with an estimated £500 of damage/repair costs. I disagreed.
I also owed a few hundred pounds to reach the 50% threshold, as well as a small charge for excess miles.
The car has since been and gone from the website of the auction house that inspected and collected the car.
The finance agreement is closed on my credit report.
The finance companycompany's website says I should've heard about my final liability within 14 days of the collection.
Have they forgotten about me and closed my agreement prematurely? I'm certainly not going to remind them.
