      When you rejected the car and the dealer refused to collect it, you could have sold the car, and made a claim for the difference between what you paid for the car and what you sold it for, plus damages

        Ok I get what you're saying - Sounds like I should've just gone to court day 1 is the reality.
        I'd assumed S75 would really be the saving grace on this, but I guess CCC can just ignore it and then get away with it as people don't have proper legal advice on how to deal with it.
