Thanks for this Rob. I will have a look as I am looking to defend this especially bearing in mind your comments. I will dedicate a full day to this in the next week or so as I am heavily involved in my parents care and finding the time is proving very difficult.

The hearing is to be a video hearing. Do you know anyone who can take this on for me who is familiar with the terrain? I do not mind paying for this representation. Please let me know. Do you offer such a service for persons who are on this forum.
