    Well car was in auction on Monday and then Thursday not advertised in any others so presumed sold now. Car was advertised with 2 keys their was only 1 and 220 miles extra on clock Auction was only 74 miles away max. Anybody know what I can expect next i.e a bill for damage or a letter saying its all settled R0b thanks for all your advice .

      Can't predict what lenders will do, some will write off minimal amounts, others will still pursue every penny.

      Wait and see.

        Hi every one seems a long time since this happened however received the attached letter yesterday and don't really understand it. No payments have been made since they picked up the car in June is this just a standard computer generated letter
