I am wanting to VT my car finance agreement and am after some advice on what to do first. Should I pay 50% of the agreement figure now and then send letter or email to finance company stating my intentions or get a VT figure from the company first or just send email and letter telling them I would like to VT agreement. Please help as I don't really know what to do for the best outcome

Cheers called company got settlement figure and sent email stating I want to VT with immediate effect so will pay and then cancel DD.they said they will send paperwork out to sign ? send it back then they will collect car do you know if this is right
