Should I pay 50% of the agreement figure now and then send letter or email to finance company stating my intentions or get a VT figure from the company first or just send email and letter telling them I would like to VT agreement. Please help as I don't really know what to do for the best outcome

look at your agreement and where it says TERMINATION YOUR RIGHTS it will show a figure that is the amount that is to be paid. I was a little off my figure so I paid it upto that sum then went ahead with the vt. hope this helps
