    But yes, check the contract. Not claiming a refund because of a warranty claim could also be unfair and excessive.
    R0b They have sent me over the policy wording and it does indeed state that if a claim is made no refund is due.

    I have asked for a signed agreement and they have said they don't have any signed agreements. Where do you think I stand?
