    another update...

So the agreement has been unwound without my knowledge. The finance company has given the garage all the money i have paid which is totalling around 1400 for usage/mileage as apparently that was the amount i have devalued the car/ He also has the car back...

just found out today the garage has re advertised the car for only 491 pound less than i paid for it so obv it hasn't devalued by 1400 has it.

iv contact the finance company again, they have closed the case. said there's nothing they can do and give me NOT A PENNY

Email the finance company and tell them they have until Monday 24th September 2018 4.30pm to refund YOU all the money you are due under CCA 1974. They had no right to send YOUR funds to the dealer.
If they do not you will immediately initiate court action.,

          thank yous both!

i have emailed them again although i wont expect much reply as they've told me to take them to court.

i have also took a copy of the advert and when you click into it further it also gives you the reg and current millage so i also have that as evidence.

the finance company are saying its about pence per mile and the length of time iv had it but i asked them to take the car back in 5th June and they didnt come for it until 5th sept which isnt my fault!

So what are they claiming as pence per mile, did they tell you?

Looks like the finance company have shot themselves in the foot.

they are claiming somewhere around 33ppm but it obviously hasn't devalued the car that much or he would be selling it cheaper. On Carzana that same model 1k miles more than mine is sitting at £8133
