So the image you linked to is the car park you were parked in? And not the Athenaeum Pl car park?

On the ticket is states the Location is Athenaeum. The car park you linked to is Derry Cross Car Park, a completely different location to the Athenaeum Car Park.

yes the Chinese restaurant is now JD's Grill and the area that looks like a building site is a carpak, the "entrance " is in the same place but from that view you would only see the rear of the sign that is there. sorry for the confusion teaboy2 im a bit of a noob at this lol

Right well the have the wrong location complete with wrong post code too. As the correct location is Derry Cross and the post code is PL1 2SW.

The Post Code PL1 3AA that they gave is no longer in use either.

If the wrong location is on the ticket then the ticket is invalid as it has to have the precise/correct location on it, just like the registeration and vehicle make and model must be precise! - Am sure [MENTION=5354]mystery1[/MENTION] can confirm this too.

its a little back from there, the address that comes up is 17 derrys cross Plymouth 2sw and the coordinates are 50.3691284, -4.1466029 that is the actual entrance to the car park

If keeper liability was in play, yes because there are regulations that need adhered to. As the driver is known there are no regulations and any judge would just say, "you know where you parked"

Well looking at the 2015 streetview images i can not see any signage belonging to PPS, though that doesn't mean the signage wasn't there in december. But anyway, signage would be irrelevant since they put the wrong location on the ticket!

But it does make one wonder is the picture from the sign was from the Athenaeum Pl car park, as it wouldn't take more than 2 minutes to get between the two car parks!

It is very odd, i type the address on the letter Athenaeum PL1 3AA and it says it no longer exists and yet if I just type the post code into google maps it directs me to an athletics field at the other end of union street.
